PennyLanes is a small family run English cheese maker and guesthouse based in a traditional Bulgarian village, 10 minutes away from the Black Sea. PennyLanes produce a range of English style Cheeses using local milk. We sell through various markets and directly from PennyLanes.
We offer all the amenities of an upscale hotel, but in a cosy, intimate setting. Each of our rooms is decorated with luxury in mind. Sink into a lush, king-size mattress and let your cares float away, or exercise your body while your mind relaxes in our private swimming pool.
A variety of room sizes and features are available including super-king, king-size or twin beds, balconies, self-catering facilities and more. Rates include a tasty homemade breakfast (not applicable to self-catering) and free tea and coffee making facilities.
From archaeological museums to ancient monuments, from modern shopping plazas to mediaeval markets, from primeval forests to pre-historic stone monoliths, we have it all, within an hour’s drive.
From beautiful empty beaches to modern managed sea-fronts, from gypsy carts to air conditioned limos, from glorious mountain ranges to cosmopolitan European cities – come to Bulgaria and taste it all.
Prices range from less than Euros 7.50 per person per night, high season, based on 6 sharing the Penny Lanes self-catering apartment (subject to currency fluctuations) to Euros 16 pppn (B&B) in one of our luxurious en-suite double or family rooms (discounts available for children).
